These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 98vip platform and all its services. It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. 98vip will not be held liable for any loss arising from sharing this information with a third party.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 98vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account in the interest of security.

Using the same account on multiple devices at the same time is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be subject to investigation. We always take active steps to ensure the security of the platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 98vip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Depositing via third-party payment methods or another person's account is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is processed, funds will reach your account within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Please keep the following in mind when making a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be held under investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

98vip offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 will be added and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete. However, the original deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time, although doing so may cancel the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers apply only once per account, person, household or IP address.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being cancelled.
• 98vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering or may contribute at a limited rate.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on 98vip are operated fairly and impartially. We work with world-class game providers that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and there are no predetermined results.

6.2 Gaming Limitations

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical or maintenance reasons. 98vip will take appropriate action regarding any games in progress during this time. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined based on data stored on the server.

6.3 VIP Program

The 98vip VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%. 98vip reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98vip platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Any form of hacking or unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or benefits.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users of the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity documents.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 98vip may cancel the relevant account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

12.1 Changes to Terms

12.2 Suspension or Termination of Service

98vip may temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance, security concerns or other reasons. If it becomes necessary to permanently discontinue services, registered users will be given sufficient advance notice and arrangements will be made to return funds.

12.3 Account Closure

A user may close their own account. To do so, contact our support team. Withdraw all outstanding balances before closing your account. If bonus requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
